In Short: We use PostHog to understand how users interact with Ochtagon so we can make the platform better.

We use PostHog, an open-source product analytics platform, to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors and registered users interact with Ochtagon. This helps us understand which features are being used, identify friction points, and make data-driven decisions to improve the platform experience.

PostHog may collect the following information automatically when you use our Services:

• Pages and features visited within the platform
• Click events, button interactions, and navigation patterns
• Session duration and frequency of visits
• Device type, browser type, and operating system
• General geographic location (country/region level, derived from IP address)
• Referral source (how you arrived at our platform)

PostHog data is used solely for product improvement and internal analytics. We do not use PostHog to sell your data or serve targeted advertising. Where possible, we configure PostHog to anonymize or pseudonymize identifiable information.

We may offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning as part of our Services.
